I wanted to mod a save file in my Xbox One game, but I've learned you can't move files the file from scratch on PC and transfer to XBOne through 360 using Cloud Saves. Personally I would recommend to find a save file online of a build and then download that. Borderlands The Pre-Sequel least favourite Vault Hunter.
