Onedrive will not download files

Help! I don't want my OneDrive files stored locally! I've used OneDrive for years (back when it was some Windows Live product). I've used the website to upload photos over the years and now I've got many gigabytes of data stored there. I want to use Windows 10, but I do not want all of these photos downloading to my computer.
