Mods downloading to wrong steam folder

Each folder inside the 'mods' folder is a separate mod. Folder names starting with a number have been downloaded via the game. These numbers correspond to the number in the URL of the workshop item. I'm not sure if the next step is needed, but check if your manually unpacked mod folder name starts with 'mods_' like shown in the picture.

Folder My Documents/My Games/AOW3/UserContent is empty and no My Tamriel mod is in closed beta so only Steam friends can get to it and it has worked before. But now, when downloading it from the steam workshop only the .taf how this packaging works or something is pretty wrong with my files.

Steam downloading workshop mods to wrong dir Normally steam downloaded the workshops mods to paradox Interactive under documents and settings, now however it's downloading them to the local steam directory which results in stellaris not beeing able to see the mods, anyone got a solution for this other than manually copying files each time? And yet when I browse to that folder there's nothing there. I was wondering where the Workshop mods for Unturned save to. I looked in Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content but they're not there. I also looked all around in Steam\SteamApps\common\Unturned and couldn't find them anywhere. I need to find where they're saved so I can put them up on the server I plan on hosting. Currently when I open the game the mods all show up in in the tab and I can turn them on, but they do not show in the game. My understanding is that this is because the mods are downloading to the wrong folder which I verified by checking the two likely download locations.
